We told you, it's just too much fun to stop! We are "Back in The Saddle",
continuing with our "Tribute to The Trio". We welcome our longtime friend Jim Durand. We met Jimmy back in the Steak & Ale days, when he was a member of one of our favorite bands of all time, "Smee II". We are genuinely thrilled to have him join us for our Trio shows. He is a great talent, and better than that, a great guy. His voice and style blend perfectly with ours, and the show is better than ever! Our recent concert at the historic Strand Theater in Marietta was probably the most fun we have ever had as performers. The show was a sellout, and the audience was terrific. Thanks so much to those of you who came! Stay tuned, we are planning another "Tribute" soon.

We played a concert date a few weeks ago at North Carolina Wesleyan College, in Rocky Mount, NC. It was a great night for us, and we wanted to share with you some comments by the director of the Dunn Center, Sheila Martin, who as you might expect, is our new "best friend". Thanks, Sheila, for the kind words... we look forward to coming back to NCWC!
"The Dunn Center for the Performing Arts presented Banks & Shane on October 3rd. They opened with "Carolina On My Mind" and ignited our crowd immediately. As a presenter, it is so much fun and so rewarding to sit back and see your audience sing, smile, laugh and block out oll of life's worries for 90 + minutes. as our patrons were leaving, they were happy, talkative, and begging us to bring them back (the sooner the better!). We are still getting comments almost a week later. It was a magnificent night, and a fabulous show! We have never seen a group that could switch from "Rocky Top" to a Beach Music Medley, and do it all so well. We agree with Jeff Foxworthy, "Banks & Shane is the Party!" They are suitable for all ages and people from all walks of life. Book them soon, and get ready to sit back, enjoy, and prepare for the compliments."
